Atlanta EDM is a leading electrical discharge machining (EDM) services shop, providing wire EDM and small-hole machining services. We specialize in fast turnarounds for your prototype and production parts while maintaining ISO-driven accuracies.

While our focus is Wire EDM and EDM Small Hole Drilling, we also have traditional CNC equipment and comprehensive inspection equipment including 5-Axis CMM (coordinate measuring machine) and Computerized Vision Inspection.

With our sister company Arbiser Machine, we have the necessary equipment and expertise for machining under one roof. That means we’re able to provide immediate and seamless grinding and machining for the EDM raw material blanks and fixtures, as well as post-machining operations.

We manufacture prototype and production EDM parts (medical, dental, aerospace, science & research labs, general industrials, defense, food and beverage), as well as die components and extrusion dies. Our broad equipment line accommodates a wide range of part sizes from crane hoisted, 2000-pound slugs to microscopic parts.
