The EDM hole popper, (EDM micro drill or EDM small hole drill) allows starter holes to be burned quickly and easily in work pieces of virtually any hardness and with dizzying length to diameter ratios. Small hole EDM diameters range from .012 to .120 inches. We use a coreless electrodes and quickly blast through any metal or carbide regardless of the hardness.
