Wire Capabilities (our newest addition, the fastest EDM on the market: Robofil 440cc production machine)

Our Agie/Charmilles machines cut up to 16.00 inches in height! Full cut and thread capabilities and extensive 3R tooling insure continuous production at the best possile price.
Holding .0002 tolerance, we can wire many standard wire diameters from .004 wire to .012" Independent heads allow for 30 degree tapers and 5 axis parts. System 3R Tooling is used to quickly and accurately hold parts with minimal setup time. All code is generated through the latest in CAD/CAM software, Esprit. We accept Solid Works files as well as DXF, DWG, and IGS formats.
Our machines include: Charmilles Robofil 440cc which has the best speed on the market! Charmilles Robofil 310 which cuts up to 16" in height Charmilles Robofil 290 with remote robo-grab for continuous burning. Charmilles HD8 Hole popper that will drill down to .012 in diameter and cut to 13" thick,
